ISC Plays Key Role at NYS OCFS

The Contract Management System (CMS) is a comprehensive web-based system for managing contracts for the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), from development and generation through review, approval, payment and maintenance. It is the first and only web-based contract management system in NYS government. The new system design needed to absorb data and functionality from two discrete legacy applications and a number of standalone desktop databases while creating new functionalities, edits and constraints that would enable online contract processing.
